PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a dual band front end module is provided to prevent degradation of characteristics due to correlated values by independently controlling values of an inductance and a capacitance of a phase shifter. CONSTITUTION: An LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic substrate) includes upper and lower GND layers, a phase shifter positioned between the upper and lower GND layers, and a diplexer formed inserted therein, and a chip capacitor having large capacitance, an inductor, a pin diode and a dual band SAW BPF mounted thereon. The GND layer is positioned right below the SAW BPF layer. Capacitors C1 and C2 are inserted at the start and end of the inductor line. By positioning the upper GND layer far from the inductor line, changes of the C1 and C2 according to a form or length of the inductor line can be minimized.
