<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator capable of driving with high reliability and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Nitriding as a low-friction treatment is performed to a peripheral surface of a short cylinder part 17b as a connection part between a link member 17 and a nut 16 and a peripheral surface of a short cylinder part 17a as a connection part between a link member 17 and a control shaft 18. When driving, the link member 17 and the nut 16 are pivotally moved in relation to each other, and even if the link member 17 and the control shaft 18 are pivotally moved in relation to each other, friction between the short cylinder part 17b and a fitting hole 18a can be reduced to improve transmission efficiency from an electric motor 11 to the control shaft 18, and early abrasion in a part to be slid for pivotal movement can be restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
