PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent of metal oxide glass to the conventional and new roof material for cold district. SOLUTION: A metal oxide glass film is applied to the surface of the conventional roof material for cold district. In the new roof material, at the stage of manufacturing a product, the film is effective especially for an iron plate, copper and the like.
