PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reducing spot noises while securing real time characteristics. SOLUTION: When the n-th image is inputted to the image processor IP from an image pickup element T, the n-th image and the (n-1)-th image which is stored in a frame memory F are outputted to a first selector SE1. Also, a luminance signal included in each image is generated at first/second signal generating parts A,B. The magnitude of the signal, that is to say, a strength calculation value is calculated. The strength calculation value is inputted to a minimum value judging circuit MI. The minimum value is calculated.
