MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLDED PRODUCT COMPRISING WASTE FIBER COMPONENT OF CARPET FOR CAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and useful manufacturing method for molding a molded product using a cotton dust-like fiber component having a low specific gravity discharged from the waste material of a carpet for a car as a raw material.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for molding the molded product comprises a preparatory fraying process for fraying a waste fiber component by a first opening machine, a mixing process for introducing the waste fiber component into a mixing machine to mix the same with a urethane adhesive while applying the adhesive thereto, an entangling process for further fraying the waste fiber by a second opening machine to entangle the adhesive with the waste fiber component and a molding process for putting the waste fiber component entangled with the adhesive in a press mold and introducing moisture and heat into the press mold to integrally press-mold the waste fiber component into a predetermined shape while reacting the urethane adhesive with the waste fiber component.
