PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a distortion correction while keeping the dimension of an image processor at an optimum value. SOLUTION: A CPU 22 executes a calculation program 21b stored in a ROM 21 to calculate the communication distance from IC chip readers 14a and 14b to an IC chip 4 in reference to a communication distance table showing the relation between physical value of radio wave and communication distance, and finally calculates a floating distance d from a contact glass 11 to the IC chip 4. When the floating distance d is calculated in step S12, the CPU 22 executes a correction program 21c stored in the ROM 21 to determine a correction value in reference to a correction coefficient table showing the relation between the floating distance d and correction coefficient.
