PURPOSE: Provided are a production method of HWASUYEOM using the active ingredients contained in bamboo tree and mulberry tree and toothpaste using the produced HWASUYEOM. CONSTITUTION: In the production method of HWASUYEOM using the active ingredients contained in bamboo tree and mulberry tree, 1kg of the bamboo tree is extracted with 1kg of distilled water by heating at high temperature to give 500g of the extract containing active ingredients of the bamboo tree, 1kg of the mulberry tree is filtrated with 1kg of distilled water, after maintaining its temperature to 800 deg.C for a predetermined time to extract water soluble active ingredients of the mulberry tree, the above extracts are mixed with 5kg of Himalayan salt, and the mixture is heated to 500 deg.C, melted for 3 hours, and cooled to give crystals.
