PURPOSE: A mobile communication advertisement system using data response standby time is provided to enable a mobile terminal to execute an advertisement while requested contents are being loaded or a menu is being shifted. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement database(300) stores an advertisement. A receiver(210) receives an advertisement request information including mobile IP information of a mobile terminal that desires to receive an advertisement, URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information of contents requested by the mobile terminal or URL information of a menu from a CMS(Contents Management System)(170). An advertisement processor(220) reads selected advertisement from the advertisement database(300) and outputs it to the mobile terminal. A contents link information transmitter(230) transmits URL link information of the URL of the requested contents or the menu to the CMS(170).
