<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device which is easily inspected, and consequently is highly reliable and exhibits stable performance even to a change in an operation environment(especially, temperature/humidity measures). <P>SOLUTION: An optical coordinate input device is provided with a frame member for fixing a plurality of angle detecting sensors, and the frame member is assembled into equipment after various performance inspection, so that optical coordinate input device maintains its performance equivalent to that in the inspection. Furthermore, the symmetrical axis of the frame member is arranged at the central position of a coordinate input area, so that a deterioration in coordinate calculating accuracy due to a fluctuation in an operation environment can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
