BUILDING WITH VENTLATION CONTROL DEVICE, AND VENTILATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building obtaining energy saving forming a thermal environment of a good habitable space by suppressing cooling outflow from an underfloor ventilation opening to the outdoor in a simple method and forming natural temperature distribution in the building from an intermediate season to summer, and to provide a venting control method.

SOLUTION: The building is provided with the underfloor ventilation opening or an outer sheath opening part that can be automatically opened and closed by a control means, and automatically closes at least any one of the underfloor ventilation opening and the outer sheath opening part when outdoor temperature is higher than inside space temperature. Alternatively, the building is provided with an exhaust fan that can automatically adjust a wind amount by the control means, and makes the air volume of the exhaust fan when the outdoor temperature is higher than the inside space temperature smaller than the other.
