TRAY FOR SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE USING ASYMMETRICAL HANDLES OF TRAY

PURPOSE: A tray for a semiconductor package is provided to check easily a miss loading state of the tray by using asymmetrical handles of the tray. CONSTITUTION: A tray(20) for a semiconductor package includes a frame, a plurality of pockets, and handles. The frame(21) is formed like a rectangular flat panel structure. The plurality of pockets(23) are aligned on the frame. Each pocket includes a semiconductor package. The handles(22) are formed at both sides of the frame. The handles are asymmetrically formed against a predetermined center axis of the frame. The predetermined center axis is a center axis of length direction.
