摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure detail memory device for mounting on a vehicle efficient in certainly detecting a failure by memorizing details of nonconformity at the time of switching off a system even in the case of interrupting diagnosis of the failure.

SOLUTION: This failure detail memory device for mounting on the vehicle is devised to memorize information concerning at least one of time and the number of times causing nonconformity to be signs of the failure in the case when the vehicle comes to be in a system off state in the middle of diagnosis of the failure of the device mounted on the vehicle.
