PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract even a sample in a micro-region, dispensing with cutting off a medium holding the bio-molecule sample. SOLUTION: After the standard position of the tip of a chip 18 mounted on a nozzle of a probe 16 is detected by a sensor, the nozzle is moved to a designated spot position based on the detected standard position and lowered up to a prescribed distance. The height at this time is a height in the state where a droplet 30 of extraction liquid is interposed between the tip of the chip 18 mounted on the nozzle of the probe 16 and a membrane 4, and the chip 18 is brought into contact with the membrane 4 through the droplet 30. The droplet 30 of the extraction liquid is dispensed from the chip 18 in this state, and operation of discharge and suction of the extraction liquid is repeated in plurality of times in the state where the droplet 30 is in contact with the tip of the chip 18 and the membrane 4.
