FIELD: pneumatic drives of different types. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electropneumatic distributor designed for control of compressed air flow in pneumatic drives has housing, cylindrical spool with sealing units on outer surface, electropneumatic control valve, device to return spool in initial position, auxiliary manual control mechanism and system of channels connecting pneumatic distributor with actuating mechanism and supply source. Cylindrical spool is installed inside housing bore to form distributing spaces and to provided control with possibility of axial displacement and constant contacting of sealing units on outer surface of distributing beads with surface of bore interacting by working edges with cutoff edges of radially directed control channels of actuating mechanism formed on housing bore surface. Guaranteed ring clearance is set between outer surface of spool and bore surface of housing. Finishing of housing bore surface and forming of radii of rounding off on cutoff edges of actuating mechanism control channels are made by plastic deformation-mechanical rolling of freely rotating axially movable balls spring-loaded relative to surface to be rolled up. Diameters of ball and control channels of actuating mechanism are at the following relationship: Db/Dch=1.7à2 where Db is diameter of ball; Dch is diameter of control channel. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of distributor. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
