<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information evaluating device for correctly evaluating information through the use of a structure for evaluating the actual result of a user from two phases, i.e., information remarking ability and information evaluating ability with respect to the user who provides the information, and a structure for evaluating information by considering the two user actual results, and also to provide an information evaluating method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A message ID related to message information, evaluation information, a user ID and an information score being an evaluation result with respect to the message information are managed by correspondence. The user ID, an information remarking ability score obtained by digitalizing the information remarking ability of the user, and an information evaluating ability score obtained by digitalizing the information evaluation ability of the user are managed by correspondence. The information score of parent information, the information remarking ability score of the user, and the information evaluating ability score of the user are re-calculated and updated, based on the information remarking ability score and information evaluating ability score of the user who inputs the message information as a comment on the parent information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
