PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve such toasting colors and degrees as a user desires by using a control means for controlling a heating means and an air flow circulating means in accordance with information for the toasting colors and degrees of cooked objects set by the user to change a heat transfer system in a heating chamber. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises the control means 6 which controls the movement and stop of the heating means 2 and the air flow circulating means 3 in accordance with information from a toasting color selecting means 4 for selecting the toasting colors of foods and a toasting degree selecting means 5 for selecting the toasting degrees of the foods to change the heat transfer system, whereby the toasting colors and degrees of the foods are made adjustable.
