The device has an adhesive pattern (1), and a light source (2) for generating ultraviolet rays. The adhesive pattern exposed to the ultraviolet rays becomes translucent. The distance between the pattern and the light source can be varied to produce the effect of desired luminescence at a condition that intensity of the light source is proportional to distance with respect to the pattern.
