PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display is provided to allow for high temperature treatment for improvement of thin film transistor, by forming a protective film having a double film structure. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display comprises an insulation substrate(300) on which a thin film transistor is formed; a protective film(370) formed on the insulation substrate; and an anode electrode arranged to contact the thin film transistor. The protective film has a double film structure constituted by a first protective film formed of an inorganic protective film(371) and a second protective film formed of an organic protective film(373).
