PURPOSE: An infrared ray irradiation mechanism for a night vision system is provided to easily change the state in which the visible rays are irradiated with the infrared rays and the state in which only the infrared rays are irradiated and to irradiate the infrared rays without the degradation of brightness by irradiating the infrared rays emitted from a lamp to the front of a vehicle after one time transmission and reflection. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray irradiation mechanism for a night vision system comprises a lamp(1), a linear movement actuator(3) for linearly moving the lamp, a tube(5) made from a transparent material and formed lengthwise to be inserted with the lamp, a reflector(7) of which diameter is extended while surrounding the tube along the inserting direction of the lamp from one end of the tube, and an infrared ray transmission filter(9) installed at a portion of the tube to separate the lamp from the reflector. |
