PURPOSE: A cooling system of a horticultural product is provided which is capable of uniformly cooling the horticultural product within a short time using an air-cooled system having a cooling chamber to which cooled air is alternately supplied in all directions. CONSTITUTION: The cooling system comprises: a cooling chamber(38) installed within an outer wall body(22) consisting of heat-blocking walls; a cooler(42) installed between the cooling chamber(38) and the outer wall body(22) and connected to an external refrigerator(40); a blowing fan(44) for supplying cooled air to the cooling chamber(38); cooled air guide ducts(56,58) connected to a space between the cooling chamber(38) and the outer wall body(22); and openable dampers(64,66) installed at entrances of the cooled air guide ducts(56,58), for adjusting the supply amount of cooled air.
