LAMINATED SHEET AND METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic laminated sheet having air permeability and a manufacturing method enabling easy and low-cost manufacture of the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: Pieces 22 and 23 of nonwoven fabric are laid on both the surface and the back of a film-like object 21 constituted of a molten elastic film material. A laminate of the nonwoven fabric piece 22/the film-like object 21/the nonwoven fabric piece 23 laid on each other is passed between a first heating pressing means which has a plurality of minute projections 1a on the surface and a second heating pressing means which has a smooth support surface 2a that can come into contact with each of the projections 1a of the first heating pressing means. The laminate is heated and pressed by each projection 1a of the first heating pressing means and the smooth support surface 2a of the second heating pressing means. Thereby a plurality of vent holes are formed and the layers in the peripheral part of each vent hole at least are bonded integrally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
