PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic apparatus capable of efficiently removing skin foreign substances such as skin keratin. SOLUTION: In the skin cosmetic apparatus composed of a main body for generating a power of suction, a sucking hose which is joined with the main body at one end and joined with a hand piece at the other end, the hand piece whose main body is formed for an user to be able to take by hands as the suction power is conducted from the sucking hose, and a chip which is joined to the hand piece and is directly brought into contact with the skin, the hand piece is equipped with a means for bonding with the chip to one end part, and the bonded part is attached with a filter for filtering the skin foreign substances which are removed from the skin by the suction power.
