PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticker which is capable of improving the appearance of a photograph in a simple manner and a photograph holder which permits exchange of photographs according to a liking by using the sticker. SOLUTION: The sticker is provided with a window of a prescribed shape in approximately the central part of a sheet member. If the sticker is formed in the manner described above, only a desired part can be selected by the window, so that the appearance of the photograph is easily improved. It is also possible to give decoration on the sheet member surface. The photograph is thus encircled by a picture and comments indicating the circumstances of the time and therefore the appearance of the photograph can be further improved. Further, if the surface of the sheet member is covered with a transparent film, arranging/storing of objects (such as coins and flower seeds) smaller than the size of the window are made possible. Also, the photograph holder in which the photograph can be easily exchanged can be constituted by sticking the photograph by means of the sheet member to a mount having a decorated surface.
