PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification method for sludge having a high water content which can perform waste treatment at a low cost without increasing the volume of waste. SOLUTION: In the solidification method for sludge having the high water content, the sludge having the high water content is mixed with sodium silicate, and then mixed with main components of bittern and is left in such a condition.
