PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot, for surely resetting a water supply notifying state, even when supplying water by hot water, without requiring a special exclusive sensor for determining residual water quantity. SOLUTION: This electric pot has an inner vessel, a heating means for heating water in the inner vessel, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the water in the inner vessel, a heating control means for warming at a prescribed temperature after boiling water by heating and boiling the water in the inner vessel, and a water supply notifying means for notifying the necessity of water supply, by determining that the residual water quantity in the inner vessel reduces to prescribed quantity or less; and is provided with a residual water quantity determining data resetting means for resetting residual water quantity determining data for notifying the water supply (S5), after notifying the water supply by the water supply notifying means (S3).
