PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator to which conductive adhesive different in contraction is applied, in which one end part of a crystal piece is easily detached from the inner base of a container main body and a block stand and especially a vibration characteristic is sufficiently maintained. SOLUTION: In the crystal oscillator, both sides of one end part of the crystal piece where a lead-out electrode is extended from the exciting electrode are fixed with conductive adhesive. Conductive adhesive is applied to the lower face and the upper face of the crystal piece.
