PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber-based adhesive composition having both excellent adhesive force to a rough surface at low temperature, and adhesive force at high temperature. SOLUTION: The rubber-based adhesive composition comprises a gummy polymer as a main agent, and≥5 pts.wt. and <100 pts.wt. of a natural rubber having a middle molecular weight of 100,000-400,000 weight average molecular weight based on 100 pts.wt. of the main agent. Preferably, the content of the middle molecular-weight natural rubber in the rubber-based adhesive composition is 5-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the main agent. The gummy polymer in the rubber-based adhesive composition preferably comprises at least one kind of a nonpolar rubber selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber, a butyl rubber, an isoprene rubber, a polyisobutylene, an ethylene-propylene rubber, a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and a styrene-isoprene block copolymer.
