INTERIOR MATERIAL FOR AUTOMOBILES PREPARED BY PRINTING SPECIFIC FORMING AGENT AND FOAMING IT, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are an automobile interior material which has the appearance having a 3D effect or various design and color and is excellent in soundproofing property, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The automobile interior material is prepared by printing a print solution containing a specific foaming agent whose volume expands by 30 times by heat and whose outer shell comprises a hard polymer, on the surface of an interior material; and drying the printed surface to foam the print solution and to impart a 3D effect. The interior material has a density of 30-300 g/m2 and is made of a cloth, non-woven or plastic sheet. Preferably the foaming agent has a spherical shape with a size of 5-50 micrometers, the outer shell comprises a thermoplastic polymer and has a thickness of 2-15 micrometers, and the inside of the shell is charged with a hydrocarbon-based gas.
