<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing implement and an aseismatic reinforcing structure capable of reinforcing a connection part between a beam and a column. <P>SOLUTION: This aseismatic reinforcing implement is constituted to appropriately connect a first mounting part 11 mounted to the beam 2, to a second mounting part 12 mounted to the column 3, by a connecting part 13 even if a wooden building receives external force such as an earthquake to apply such stress as to separate the connection part A between the beam 2 and the column 3.
