PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it takes time before starting printing operation after waking up from a sleep mode, so that printing work cannot be started immediately. SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises a third time measuring means 7 for measuring a third elapsed time from the refresh operation of the inkjet recording part until the low power consumption state is canceled.
