PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface inspection device capable of inspecting opening flaws occurring on the inner surface of a pipe by a visual examination and/or a penetration flaw detecting test regardless of the material of the pipe and capable of also inspecting even an arcuate pipe relatively small in the radius of curvature. SOLUTION: This inner surface inspection device 10 is equipped with a light detection part 20 equipped with a photodetector 22 for detecting the reflected light from the inner surface of a pipe to be inspected, the reflecting part 40 equipped with the reflector 42 provided to the leading end side of the light detection part 20 to guide the reflected light to the light detecting surface of the photodetector 22, a light irradiation part 50 provided to the inner peripheral surface of the reflecting part 40 to irradiate the inner surface of the pipe with light, the rotary mechanism part 60 provided to the rear end side of the light detection part 20 to rotate the reflecting part 40 and a universal joint part 80 for connecting the light detection part 20 and the rotary mechanism part 60 in a bendable manner.
