PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent a stator from escaping from a stator cover and maintain the gap between cores of an outer stator and an inner stator constant, by arranging a slippage preventing member between the stator and the stator cover. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating motor includes an outer stator(11) formed by a plurality of stator cores stacked on an outer surface of a bobbin wound with a coil; an inner stator(12) formed by a plurality of stator cores stacked on inside of the outer stator; and a mover reciprocating between the outer stator and the inner stator. An apparatus includes a stator cover(13) for supporting side surfaces of the outer stator and the inner stator; and a slippage preventing member(17) interposed between side surfaces of the outer stator and the inner stator and the stator cover such that side surfaces of the outer stator and the inner stator are tightly compressed to the slippage preventing member.
