PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which has low-temperature fixability, high-temperature offset resistance, thermostable preservability, and colorant dispersibility and is suitable for a fixing device achieving energy saving of a level higher than ever. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner is composed of at least a binder resin, colorant and wax, wherein the binder resin contains at least a polyester resin and a reactant of a polymer containing a group capable of reacting with a compound having an active hydrogen group, wherein the polyester resin contains THF-soluble component in an amount of 50 to 85 wt% and chloroform-insoluble component in an amount of 0 to 30 wt%, and wherein the chloroform-insoluble component of the toner itself falls within the range of expression (1).
