PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color scheme program for selecting, when newly adding a color to arranged colors, a color easily discriminable from the arranged colors. SOLUTION: An additional color determination waiting part 130 extracts and aligns hue parts from data of the arranged colors, and an additional hue determination part 140 determines a one having the maximum color width of adjacent used colors and returns the middle hue thereof to the waiting part 130. The part 130 determines and outputs the color to be added from the hue.
