PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove local fluctuations in the physical properties, thickness and the like of a thin-walled tube made of a resin by preventing the stagnation of a molten resin material in a molding die to also prevent the occurrence of the joining line of the resin materials flowing out of the openings of respective resin flow channels. SOLUTION: When the thin walled tybe made of the resin for a transfer belt is molded by extruding the molten resin material from a die slit 7 through the annular passage 6 between the mandrel 1 and outer cylindrical die ring 2 of the molding die, external force in a circumfcerential direction is exerted on the molten resin material in the annular passage 6 to forcibly allow the molten resin material to flow through the annular passage.
