PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the suppression of chattering noise and the smoothness of opening/closing operation compatible without causing an increase in the number of components and assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: The bush 3 made of a synthetic resin is provided with a flange 8 for clamping a second member (for example, the side plate 2 of a lid) in-between a first member (for example, the side wall 1 of a housing). The bush 3 is provided to the shaft part for connecting both of the first/second members relatively rotatably and fixed to the first member. A part (for example, a cantilever part 14), which makes pressing force act on the second member by axially elastically deforming the bush 3, is integrally formed to the flange.
