<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silicone rubber composition which is a hardened substance not only whose heat conduction is high but also which is excellent in heat resistance and enabling a fixing roll and a fixing belt obtained by using the composition to have high heat conductivity and to be superior in long-term durability under high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The high heat conductive silicone rubber composition contains (A) organopolysiloxane containing two or more silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in a molecule and liquefied at the room temperature in 100 mass pts., (B) organohydrogen polysiloxane containing two or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in a molecule and having≤1,000 mPa.s viscosity at 25°C in 0.1 to 30 mass pts., (C) high heat conductive inorganic powder, obtained by blending two kinds of inorganic powder selected from the powder whose pH in 30% slurry, is≥8,≥6 and <8, and <6 so that their mass ratio may be 1/9 to 9/1 in 100 to 1,000 mass pts. in total, and (D) an addition reaction catalyst in catalytic amount.
