PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form more minutely a micropattern such as a guide groove and a prepit having a track pitch and a pit pitch smaller than a light spot diameter using an existing comparatively low cost manufacturing device. SOLUTION: This disk is provided with at least two layers of a resin substrate 61 and a recessed part induction layer 62 comprised of a dielectric or a metallic oxide, a light beam is focused and irradiated to the layer 62, a pit and/or a guide groove 2 are formed on the resin substrate 61 of an irradiation part, after that, the layer 62 is eliminated and the pit and/or the guide groove 2 are exposed.
