PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration insulating device capable of inhibiting the impairing of vibration insulating performance by inhibiting the leakage of liquid. SOLUTION: An intermediate cylinder 7 obtained by vulcanizing and molding a rubber elastic body 3 is inserted between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder, a first flange 45 projected from an axial one end part of the intermediate cylinder 7 is overlapped to a second flange projecting from an axial one end part of the outer cylinder, a peripheral edge part of the first flange 45 and a peripheral edge part of the second flange are caulked and fixed to each other, a plurality of liquid chambers and orifices for communicating and connecting the liquid chambers are formed between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2, and a rubber seal part 43 of a square cross-section, compressed to a corner recessed part 41 at a base side of the first flange 45 and a corner projecting part at a base side of the second flange, are vulcanized and molded over the whole periphery of the corner recessed part 41.
