PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud water treatment apparatus and a mud water treatment system which are easily carried to a construction site and can efficiently treat mud water. SOLUTION: A dehydration apparatus 1 comprises a treatment container 3 having an open top as a mud inlet, having a mud outlet 9 on the bottom, and having as its side surface a mesh structure 5 containing in its inside a muddy water filtration layer 19 being a laminate of water-permeable inner and outer layers 13 and 17 and a filter cloth 15 and a press plate 23 formed within the container 3 in a manner capable of rise and fall, falling to press mud water fed into the container 3 to forcibly pass it through the layer 19 and to discharge it from the container 3, and rising to slide on the surface of the layer 19 to release adherent mud therefrom.
