PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data providing system which easily limits data browsing persons without requiring a special system in a data browsing destination. SOLUTION: Information wherein a browsing person designated by a data provider and data of a browsing object are made correspond to each other is registered in an access correspondence DB, and the data provider is informed of registration of data of the browsing object, and permission of a browsing person's application for browsing is recorded in the access correspondence DB when an application for permitting browsing from the browsing person is accepted in response to informing this registration. The browsing person is informed of an address for accessing data of the browsing object, and an access IP correspondence DB wherein correspondence between data of the browsing object and the browsing person permitted to browse the data is recorded is referred to check the right to access data of the browsing object, with respect to a request for browse from the browsing person, which is issued in response to informing the address, and data of the browsing object stored in a provided data storage part is returned in the case that the browsing person has the right to access.
