The device has a food storage container (3) fixed on a collar that is provided between a dosimeter (12) and the storage container. The dosimeter drives stored food towards an evacuation position, when a program signal for distributing the food is provided. A plate (18) forwards the food so that the food is collected in a wingette (22). Two water reservoirs assure the permanent presence of water in a tube (30).
