FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: bone screw has two axial edge screw sections 5, 7. Bone screw for connecting two bone fragments has longitudinal axis, front and back ends and aids fro placing screwdriver at back end, front screw section disposed in axial onto longitudinal axis, which section has internal diameter Dkv of external thread, external diameter Dvs and pitch Sv and back section disposed in axial onto longitudinal axis which section has internal diameter Dkn, external diameter Dhs and pitch Sh. Bone screw has middle section between both thread sections. Middle section is disposed in axial to longitudinal axis; constant external diameter of middle section equals to Dms. External diameter Dms is equal or shorter than to internal diameter of external thread at front thread section. Middle section ids made thread-free. Device for setting, compressing and fixing bone fragments provided with bone screw has cylindrical or prismatic surgical implantation instrument which has coaxial through central bore, front and back ends. Central bore has expanded part with internal thread which part passes from front end of instrument for depth of T. Expanded part has internal thread which corresponds to external thread at back section of bone screw. Depth T>=L, where L has to be the length of back threaded section of bone screw.
