摘要 A composite material tool bar for improving dynamic characteristics is provided to improve damping force and fundamental natural frequency of the composite material tool bar by mounting a core material in a composite material body and making an assembling portion of composite material and a metal sleeve or a metal core. A composite material tool bar is composed of a long core material(110) formed and used as a mandrel, a composite material body(120) combined with an outside of the core material, and a metal cover(130) combined with the outside of the composite material body to protect the composite material body. The core material is made of damping polymer, viscous fluid and plastic material, and a metal tube(150) is installed between the core material and the composite material body to prevent core material deformation. A metal sleeve or a metal core is stepped and formed in an assembling portion of a driving shaft.
