A method and a system for offering specialized legal information/service in an entertainment industry through the online and settling payment for the same are provided to help writers set clear conditions and understanding items through preliminary understanding for legal and important items related to making of an original work by offering the specified information for the writers. A web server(110) is connected to a user through the communication network. A main server performs assignment of membership or provision of contents by linking with the web server. A database server(120) offers the stored contents by a request from the main server. The main server makes the user connected through the web server select a sort of provision contents depending on the assignment of the membership and a member level. The database server comprises a member database(121) storing user information by the request of the main server, an information contents database(122) storing provisioning contents, a business guide database(123) storing business information of each business category according to business category selection of the user, and an occupation database(124).
