PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat including an electrostatic capacity type sensor which stably detects cardiac potential of a seating person.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat includes: a surface cover material S1b; a capacitance heartbeat sensor 10 provided at a back side of the surface cover material S1b and having an upper electrode part 11a and a lower electrode part 11b which detect heat beats of a seating person; and conductive cloths 31a, 31b connected with the upper electrode part 11a and the lower electrode part 11b of the heartbeat sensor 10 and having folded parts 35a, 35b folded from the front side to the back side of the surface cover material S1b. The folded parts 35a, 35b are located at positions of the vehicle seat which avoid side surface parts at outer sides in a seat width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
