<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition which has excellent hardenability without using a hardening accelerator, is colorless and transparent in hardened matter, is little in discoloration under photoirradiation conditions of high temperature and high energy and is appropriate for a planarization film of a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermosetting resin composition for the planarization film of the color filter containing an epoxy group-containing resin (A) and a hardener (B), the hardener (B) is a compound obtained by bringing a carboxyl group of a cyclohexane tricarboxylic acid (b01) or its acid anhydride (b02) and a vinyl group of vinyl (thio)ether (b11) having one or more vinyl groups in one molecule into addition reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
