摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing electro-optical apparatus, a circuit board for electro-optical apparatus, electro-optical apparatus and electronic device in which fluctuation of electrical characteristic is not generated in a TFD element even when many TFD elements are formed on the same circuit board. SOLUTION: When an insulating layer of the TFD element is formed with the anode oxidation under the condition of initial circuit board 200 for taking many element circuit board 20, the electrical power is supplied to each data line 52 and a first metal layer 222 connected thereto by radially extending the branching lines 253 to 258 from the center of the initial circuit board 200. Accordingly, even when the increasing rate of the I/V value of the TFD by the annealing process at the center area of the initial circuit board 200 is small, the I/V characteristic does not fluctuate since a thick insulating film is formed to the first metal layer 222 formed in such a region.
