PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide better diagnostic assay and treatment technique for a cancer patient.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition and method in the field of oncology. The present invention provides biological molecules which disturb functional signal transmission via LGR protein, and in a certain type of aspect, molecules which impede interaction between R-spongin (RSPO) protein and LGR protein such as LGR5 or the like. In a certain type of aspect, the biological molecules are an antibody. For example, in a certain type of aspect, the biological molecules can be an antibody specifically bound to at least one type of human RSPO protein, or an antibody specifically bound to an extracellular domain of at least one type of human LGR protein.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
