摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration measurement device with which it is possible to calculate a gas concentration with high accuracy even when there is output fluctuation in an infrared ray outputted from a light source.SOLUTION: A gas concentration measurement device 100 comprises: a light source 101; an infrared ray detection unit 103 for reference for detecting an infrared ray outputted by the light source 101 and outputting a reference output in which the detected infrared ray is converted from light to electricity; an infrared ray detection unit 102 for measurement for detecting an infrared ray outputted by the light source 101 and outputting a measurement output in which the detected infrared ray is converted from light to electricity, the detection unit having relatively higher sensitivity to an infrared ray in an absorption band due to a gas to be measured than the infrared ray detection unit 103 for reference; and an arithmetic unit 104 for deriving, on the basis of the reference output and a reference value, a measurement output for calculating gas concentration used in calculating a gas concentration from the measurement output outputted by the infrared ray detection unit 102 for measurement, and for calculating the gas concentration of a measuring object gas on the basis of the derived measurement output for calculating gas concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
